Ian is a consummate professional with a bold, however, not cocky, presence & disposition—a primary function of anybody wishing to influence people, broadly; in the specific case of counsel, of course, this includes counterparties, judicial practitioners & adjudicators. It’s a transcendent gift to which few can lay veritable claim—something in which I have tremendous experience from the perspective of the business world & may therefore offer a qualified opinion in regards to effecting positive outcomes vis a vis the desired goal is for whatever aim is it hand. In the end, much of any successful outcome to legal issues comes down to judicial perception & likability of those representing their clients. So—preamble complete—Ian excels at deft navigation of what is our complex legal framework. He remains flexible when necessary, yet will bite your head off, should your contribution to the process be detrimental to your case (first hand account). That is why one hires a lawyer.
