I am extremely grateful to have found Mr. Ian Wallach. He is a true professional. I had a false allegation against me and was facing a very serious charge. I diligently searched for the most prominent attorney, met/consulted with many, and came across Ian. Aside from his impressive work history, he is kind, caring and had my best interest in mind throughout the process. He has successfully got the charge against me dropped before even the first court date. This man is honest and and stated above I am very grateful for his service! Thank you Ian!

We meet with Ian after our son was arrested. He was lovely to talk to and had some unique and innovative approaches that none of the 5 other lawyers we spoke to brought up. Unfortunately his rate was a bit higher than we could handle, but we wouldn’t hesitate recommending him.

Ian was recommended to me by a trusted lawyer friend, as an expert in criminal defense. I called him, and he literally called me back within 5 minutes. From the first call, he was calm, precise, reassuring, and he walked us through exactly what we needed to do to stack the odds in my son’s favor. In under 2 weeks, he had navigated us through the process, and partly as a result of actions we took at Ian’s direction, the DA declined to file charges.
