After refusing to take any offer from the Office of the District Attorney, and our office being prepared to commence trial and Mr. Wallach’s client unwilling to prolong it any longer, the prosecutor announced unable to proceed” in a case where Mr. Wallach’s client was charged with felony vehicular burglary. Ian Wallach moved to dismiss the case and the Judge granted that request.
